Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon receipt following our standard return procedure.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of successful cancellation before shipment processing begins.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to personal care products, intimate apparel, and customized items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on product pages.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. The time it takes for the refund to be credited may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In cases where return shipping is at the customer's expense, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund transaction. If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed on their end, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For credit card payments, it may take additional 2-3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you paid via PayPal, the refund should appear in your account immediately after we process it. In case of any discrepancies, please check your PayPal transaction history or contact PayPal support for assistance.
